Week 11 - 11.29.06 Gators vs The Firemen
In a late night game against the Firemen, a team that claimed victory over the Gators in their previous game, Team Green showed their skill well into the last minutes of the game. The Gators beat the Firemen 7-2, even with a change in goalie for the night.

The game began with the brothers Suplicki swapping positions for the night, putting Jerry Suplicki (12) on the ice, while Jim (19) stayed back in the net. At the very start of the first period, Jerry Suplicki skated out and scored the opening goal of Brian Drake's (18) assist, with less than one minute into the game. The remainder of the period consisted of quick skating on both sides, and an equal number of shots on net by the second period. Again, opening up the period with a goal, the Gators' Steve Randall (10) scored off Frank Warner (5) and Jack Hibit's (9) assists. Before long, Randall took the puck to net again, with another goal in the second period, assisted by Warner again. And again, moments later with little over one minute in the second period, Randall completed his hat-trick with another goal assisted by Drake and Hibit.

Drake took the first goal of the third period at 12:41, off of Hibit and Randall's assists, leaving the Firemen down 5-0, heading for a possible shutout. The Firemen came back, however, and barely pushed a shot in off Jim Suplicki's glove. The Gators retaliated, and scored less than on minute later on Jerry Suplicki's second goal of the night, assisted by Brian Pasono (17) and Dave Salafia (15). Unfortunately, the Firement managed to get one last shot in on Suplicki (19). The Gators ended the game on a high note with a goal in the last 56 seconds of the game on Seth Sealfon's (2) pick up off Pasono's missed shot, assisted by Jerry Suplicki.

Outshooting the Firemen 37-30, the Gators saw some very nice saves from Jim Suplicki, as well as excellent defending by Sealfon, Scott Magin (3), Frank Warner, Dave Salafia, Chris Ryan, and Jerry Suplicki. The rest of the men played a solid game on offense, and all contributed to the 7-2 victory of the night.
