Hockey background: I started playing hockey because a friend of mine was getting into it. We played in the Thomas Creek Zamboni / learn to skate league. I had these 20 dollar pair of skates and everytime I tried to do anything the ankle support would give and I would be on my ass. Not much has changed except that my skates are more expensive. After the Zamboni league I caught up with the Suplicki's and we started the Gators, been one ever since. GFL baby!!!!

What is the best thing about playing for the Gators? Besides getting to play a sport I love and hanging with a good bunch of guys. It has allowed me to become more patient in the rest of my life. Things don't always go the way you want them too even with a good group of guys, but if you press on things will happen the way they should.
